Invitation letter for visa application

For those who require a special invitation letter for Visa Application, please send a request to events@ista.ch with passport details. ISTA will provide nominal invitation letters to participants duly registered to the event.

Visa for travel should be organized by participants directly with immigration authorities of the host country. ISTA is not responsible for providing support for obtaining visa or meeting requirements for entering the host country. Please consult the immigration authorities of the host country directly for any further information.

Please note, that ISTA does not organize travel arrangements for participants (e.g. air tickets, airport transfers of hotel bookings).
